JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Project Management has the responsibilities of managing large, complex, cross-functional projects at all levels in support of business and Information Technology (IT) functions. Plan, develop, and implement project plans consistent with project objectives, financial parameters, and business requirements. Provide guidance as necessary to other team members with the goal of process improvement and overall project management quality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Maintain list of PathGroup projects and track the Developer's progress of tasks during each Sprint. - Support the creation, refinement, and maintenance of the project management life cycle. Collect feedback efficiency, effectiveness, and usability. Define, prototype, and implement solutions that will improve the [ORG] processes. - Help to ensure that the PathGroup QA Testing team has access to the project documentation in order to create timely testing plans. - Provide project periodic status reports to PathGroup's Project Owners, Stakeholders and Steering Committee.
