Mobile Crisis Social Work (MSW) Supervisor, Full Time, First Shift Responsible for ensuring that quality, patient centered Social Work services are being provided to patients on a daily basis. Ensure adequate staff coverage is available to provide comprehensive services to patients and their families; support to the multidisciplinary health care team; and intervene with problem resolution on complex cases. Identify and address internal and external barriers that prevent and/or interfere with interventions and treatment plans. Offer support and feedback to staff, as appropriate to maintain professional practice. SUPERVISORY LEADERSHIP: The supervisor provides direct supervision for MSW social workers. The supervisor will work under the guidance and supervision of the Manager. Direct all patient care services including psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, counseling, referrals, and disposition when needed. Assist staff in prioritizing activities, locating resources, and scheduling educational engagements.
