Description This position is available at any of our office locations. The Pursuit Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the firm’s business development and marketing efforts by coordinating proposals, developing content, and managing pursuit-related resources. This position works closely with the Pursuit Team, Business Development leaders, and technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals and marketing materials that strengthen the firm’s market presence. The Pursuit Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative, balancing multiple deadlines while ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables. Responsibilities: - Support Pursuit Team in proposal coordination and preparation - Support national marketing efforts of upcoming marketing priorities and deadlines - Virtually attend Studio meetings for locations within markets as needed - Assist in the maintenance of events and pursuit tracking with Marketing Manager and BD Team - Proposal leadership, coordination and assistance in proposals in all markets - Consultant leadership and coordination - Website content updates - Market Resource Management: Coordination and content generation of collate...
