The Human Resources Director is responsible for all facets of Human Resources for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that is opening in a few months! With support from Shared Services, the Human Resources Director will be responsible for planning and executing the Human Resources and compliance activities for the Community in accordance with the following principle duties: QUALIFICATIONS: - Manages all recruitment activities for the Community including the sourcing, screening and ongoing communication with candidates through the entire Recruitment process. - Establishing standards and ensuring complete digital personnel files for all employees in compliance with all legal requirements. - Champion of the STAR Values and related programs across the Community including employee recognition and suggestion programs, talent development, performance development, employee communications and events. - Ensures that all job descriptions are complete and ensures the integrity of the Community wage and salary system. - Co-chair of Safety Committee and collaborates with Safety department related to workers compensation program. - Serves as resource for supervisory staff, explaining an...
