Key Requirements for Financial Aid Advisor -- Continuing Students Key Responsibilities for Financial Aid Advisor -- Continuing Students - Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience - Minimum 3 years of experience working with Title IV programs - Extensive knowledge of all Title IV programs and regulations - Experience with nonterm and/or clock hour academic calendars - Proficient in financial aid packaging and award creation - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail - Must be eligible to obtain and retain Federal Student Aid access (COD and NSLDS) - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook - Campus Nexus software experience preferred - Conduct financial aid appointments with active and temporary...
