Job description

POSITION PURPOSE: The Barback is responsible for the designated service area and to assist bar/service staff with set-up and clean up of all areas. OTHER: - Must be able to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures. - Responsible for assisting the bartenders in mixing drink orders for patrons. - Responsible for cleaning designated areas, in accordance with policies and procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements. - Responsible for stocking private bar carts, clipboard and uniform. - Must be able to clean all private bars, private bar carts, and storerooms. - Must possess the ability to stock all necessary items for the bar (i.e. glasses, mixing equipment, etc.) - Must have the ability to slice and prepare all fruit garnishes. - Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
