Job description
This is a hybrid position and must be located within 100 miles of a Mayo Clinic campus for occasional on-site expectations based on business needs. We are seeking a highly engaged, people-first leader to drive excellence across Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, productivity, and staff engagement. This role partners with Operations, HR, Education/Training, and Analytics to optimize forecasting and scheduling, establish clear performance and quality standards, and translate insights into coaching and process improvements that strengthen service delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong workforce and QA discipline with an inspiring, hands-on leadership style; building a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement that improves retention, elevates performance, and ensures the right capacity and capabilities are in place to meet business and customer needs.
