Shipping Lead – International & Domestic Logistics

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and coordinate daily shipping activities for domestic and international orders - Prepare and process shipments primarily via UPS and FedEx, including ground, air, and international services - Ensure all shipments meet customer specific packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements - Manage multiple shipments throughout the day with varying quantities, sizes, and delivery priorities - Verify accuracy of shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork - Ensure parts are packaged to maintain quality, security, and compliance during transit - Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address delays or issues to meet customer delivery requirements - Train and guide shipping team members on proper procedures, safety, and quality standards - Maintain organized shipping records and support inventory accuracy - Coordinate with production, quality, customer service, and logistics teams to support on time delivery - Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and shipping regulations, including international export requirements - Keep a clean and organized work area. - Other tasks as reques...
