The MA Clinician will provide crisis and respite support services to individuals in being supported by the Deaf Respite Program. Are you ready to make a difference ? Minimum Education Required: Master's Degree Shift: First Shift, Second Shift Additional Shift Details: Sunday-Thursday Responsibilities: - Ensure an environment that promotes safety, recovery, and treatment. - Provide psychiatric and substance abuse evaluations of individuals at the Respite site. - Provide clinical oversight of work performed at the respite program, including participation in an on-call rotation. - Work with clients in a collaborative manner to develop assessments, Individualized Action Plans (IAPs), Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), crisis plans, relapse plans, and other items needed to support their stay at the program. - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of managed care and health insurance systems. - Provide information on treatment and referral services.
