ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️: Reporting to the Director of Growth, Digital, this role is responsible for executing and optimizing Rocket Money's paid social acquisition strategy. You will be a key individual contributor within the Growth organization, directly owning performance outcomes across our highest impact paid social channels. You will manage the day to day execution, analysis, and optimization of paid social campaigns, with deep hands on experience in mobile app performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging social platforms. You will also contribute to creative strategy, audience development, and testing roadmaps that drive measurable growth.
