Downer is seeking a Workflow Engineer to support HCMT Fleet Maintenance by ensuring planned maintenance tasks are delivered safely, to standard, and on time . This role bridges Engineering intent and frontline execution, driving consistent, high-quality maintenance workflows across the fleet. Key Responsibilities: - Support Fleet Technicians with clear, practical workflow and task execution guidance - Work with Engineering and Methods teams to define and validate task standards, times, and critical‑to‑quality requirements - Assist with trials of revised maintenance tasks and workflows - Capture and report task validation and trial data - Conduct workflow and task compliance audits - Identify and communicate operational improvement opportunities - Ensure all workflows align with Zero Harm and safe working requirements About You: - Tertiary qualification (Cert III, Diploma, Degree or equivalent) - Experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, or testing environment - Exposure to workflow development, task standardisation, or change implementation - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex tasks simply - Microsoft Office proficiency - HCMT rail experience desirabl...
