POSITION SUMMARY: The primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is to support the HUB South & Central Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment life cycle. The T AC will be responsible for providing scheduling and administrative support to the recruiting team, as well as, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to help grow the talent pipeline and promote employer branding. This position is instrumental in effectively driving recruitment processes, providing a seamless candidate and hiring team experience, and adhering to company policies and compliance regulations.
