Redress Operations Team Leader, B3

Job description

The Operations Unit receive and process applications, supporting survivors and other applicants to the scheme up to the point when their application is passed to Redress Scotland for a determination. As a Team Leader within the unit you will be responsible for leading your team of caseworkers who are the first point of contact for survivors seeking information about the scheme. You will work closely with the Unit Head/Deputy Unit Head, as well as colleagues within Redress Scotland and across to Division to ensure effectively and efficient delivery of the scheme. The work is personally and professionally rewarding but we recognise working with this subject matter is not for everyone. We are looking for colleagues with strong leadership, strong interpersonal skills and resilience.
