Job description

You may be our new Trainee Learning & Development Key responsibilities: You bring these skills, experience & education - Provide administrative support for training activities, including scheduling sessions, managing registrations, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and preparing certificates - Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading content, managing course data, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date - Monitor training participation and completion, maintain learner records, and generate basic reports to support L&D operations - Prepare and organize training materials and resources for both digital and instructor-led learning sessions - Support trainers and stakeholders with coordination and logistics related to learning activities - Contribute to the continuous improvement of training administration processes and LMS-related tasks - Develop your professional skills through a structured development plan, with a focus on training coordination, LMS support, and learning operations - Student or recent graduate in Psychology, Education, HR, Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (final-year students welcom...
