Job Description: 1. Responsible for the operation and pace of Line partnering with QA, Maintenance Mechanic and Packagers. 2. Ensures production runs are executed efficiently, with high quality and minimal waste. 3. Ensure that production Challenges are completed with precision and accuracy. 4. Performs in-process checks and inspections within specified time frames. 5. Reads and understands packaging procedures prior to each job. 6. Provides direction to Packagers. 7. Adheres to standard SOP's and job specific packaging procedures. 8. Monitors production output on an hourly basis and takes appropriation corrective actions if routings are behind schedule. 9. Escalates production issues to Shift Lead/Production Manger as appropriate. 10. Immediately informs Shift Lead/Production Manager of any downtime, which will cause a delay on the agreed target timelines. 11. Responsible for...
