USI/Asteelflash is actively looking for a highly organized and talented Production Manager for our location in Milpitas, CA to ensure production meets agreed customer delivery requirements and ensure that production is made to the required quality standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Direct and co-ordinate the utilization of manpower and equipment against productivity and utilization rate targets - To ensure that throughput per work order is met against the industrial engineering model and in accordance with the master production schedule. - Liaise with other departments and customers to recommend changes that will increase production efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase productivity. - Liaise with customers at all levels to ensure that their requirements are fulfilled. - Produce daily, monthly, and quarterly production reports. - Adherence to quality policy, plan, and manual, including ISO, IPC, and J-STD - To organize and direct staff and to plan and progress all day-to-day production activities to meet current customer requirements on promised delivery dates and quality.
