This role provides leadership and direction for the recruiting team by establishing recruiting strategies, strengthening recruiting capabilities, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and ensuring hiring processes are executed consistently across the organization. The Director partners closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and operational leadership to align recruiting priorities with business goals, forecast workforce needs, and develop scalable recruiting strategies that support the organization’s growth across multiple locations.
