We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team. Position Highlights: Part-time, 60 hours bi-weekly 12-hour shifts with every third Saturday and every other holiday scheduled Flexible, unit-specific scheduling—no fixed or permanent schedules Starting pay at $18.63 per hour, with additional compensation for experience Shift differentials: $1.00 for PM shifts, $2.00 for night shifts, and $1.50 for weekends Key Responsibilities: Perform vascular access procedures under RN mentorship Follow RN guidance on patient target fluid loss Monitor and report changes in vital signs to the RN Observe patients throughout dialysis treatments: Set up dialysis equipment: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months patient care experience Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required w...
