Job Description Summary The C-shift Production Supervisor is a key member of our operations team and will oversee a team of both direct and indirect employees to ensure Safe operations, producing product with the highest Quality, Delivering on-time to our customers, in the most Cost effective way possible. This position requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure success to these SQDC objectives and is the first point of escalation for our C-shift employees. Job Description: What you'll do: Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of front-line manufacturing employees in rotors and airfoils manufacturing proceses and repair. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans. Ensure proper staffing levels to meet production demands, including recruiting and training new employees. Production Oversight: Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
