Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Registered Nurses with Director, Unit Management or other leadership experience have an opportunity to lead an expanding Surgical Services department at Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Livingston, and Canton. POSITION PURPOSE: The Director Surgical Services directs the organizational management resources and financial resources for the internal and external customers of physicians, patients and staff across the Trinity Health Ann Arbor's surgical services cluster including operating rooms, pre op, recovery, pain clinics, CSR, endoscopy and liaison to the trauma team. Build internal systems that support those that deliver patient care. Develops and maintains collaborative medical and administrative staff relationships that support and allow the areas to meet the system goals and objectives. Determines and sets direction for future goals for assigned areas, in conjunction with administration and medical staff leadership.
