This position is expected to lead & oversee the Event Planning department as well as lead large interdepartmental stakeholder meetings to monitor the progress and successful planning of these events. Essential Duties: Provide direction and training for the Event Managers Assign & oversee workload to Event Managers and monitor progress on their events Hold team meetings to collaborate and provide leadership to the Event Managers, Tech Support & Event Support as needed Hold regular major stakeholder project meetings to ensure timely completion of tasks and identification of current issues to plan and manage events from start to finish Communicate with major stakeholders, workgroups, and vendors as necessary to keep pr...
