*** Please Note The Below Eligible Work Locations New York, NY or Charlotte, NC Areas (This is a hard requirement) As a PMO Director, you will be leading a team of project leaders responsible for the delivery of innovative and emerging technology solutions for Fortune 500 customers across all verticals. The PMO Director provides enterprise-level leadership for the Project Management Organization, ensuring the organization delivers exceptional client outcomes while maintaining strong financial performance and operational scalability. This role leads a regional PMO organization spanning Program Management, Project Managers and Delivery Managers, and is accountable for aligning project delivery capabilities with enterprise strategy. The PMO Director operates the PMO as a business within the business—balancing customer experience, profitability, workforce strategy, and long-term capability development. The PMO Director partners cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations leaders within their area of the business and collaborates with peer PMO leaders globally to drive a unified “OnePMO” model.
