The Program Manager will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership to execute all aspects of a demonstrator aircraft design-build-test program. Inclusive is leading initiatives related to process optimization, cost reduction, and quality control execution commitments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing complete aircraft design cycles and builds, a proven track record of successful leadership, and a deep understanding and experience with leading a demonstrator aircraft build. The ideal candidate is equal parts technically and programmatically sophisticated.
