Senior Product Manager

Job description

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for our Talent Management and Employee Experience technology platforms, specifically SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning) and Qualtrics HXM (engagement, lifecycle surveys, 360 feedback). You will define the vision, shape the roadmap, and lead delivery for these products, ensuring they align with business priorities, user needs, and IT architectural direction. Acting as the voice of the user, you will partner with stakeholders across HR, business operations, and IT to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that improve employee performance, leadership pipelines, and engagement outcomes. This role can be based remotely in the United States region.
