The North America Construction Builders Risk Associate Client Advocate (ACA) is a client-facing role responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality service, assisting with Builders Risk program execution, and contributing to overall client relationship management. This role applies Commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge while coordinating key internal service delivery activities. In close partnership with Builders Risk Brokers, the ACA supports day-to-day client service needs, including placement coordination, issue resolution, and renewal execution. The ACA develops a foundational understanding of each client’s business and risk profile to help support the delivery of appropriate insurance solutions. The ACA plays a key role in supporting client retention and service delivery by assisting with client presentations, proposals, and renewal activities, as well as responding to client inquiries in a timely and solutions-oriented manner.
