Junior Engineer - Intern

Job description

The Junior Design Engineer Intern will support the design, documentation, and field execution of Building Automation Systems (BAS). This role provides hands-on exposure to both engineering design and on-site activities while working closely with the engineering and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with mechanical and electrical circuit design and participate in design reviews - Support control system design and drawing development using AutoCAD - Assist in the preparation of proposals and review of construction plans and specifications - Support field inspections and testing to verify system performance and compliance with project requirements - Assist with the preparation of technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables - Participate in field activities including site investigations and on-site observations - Collect, organize, and document technical data accurately Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience with Bluebeam or equivalent document review software - Academic or practical experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Visio, or comparable drafting tools - Experience working on independent and team-based proj...
