Work Shift: Various (United States of America) Job Summary: Works collaboratively with the Diet Clerk. Cleans and stocks assembly area with appropriate foods and supplies. Assists in quality monitors to assure excellence in patient food service. Responsible for the sanitation of food service operation to include but not limited to ware washing in the dish/pot sink areas. Responsible for the transport of patient food cart and sanitizing the carts. Must document in accordance to HACCP standards. Cross-train in other areas as assigned.
