Summary of Position: The Payroll Supervisor oversees daily payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The Payroll Supervisor will manage and mentor the payroll staff in their daily operations, which support all payroll activities. Qualifications & Requirements: - Associate’s degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a relevant field with 5 years of multi-state payroll experience. - CPP certification preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR clients, cross-functional colleagues, and IT. - Proficiency with Payroll Software (Oracle) and system integrations preferred. - Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
