In this role, you will: Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have: - Support the Senior Manager, GBM Periodic and Regulatory Refresh in refreshing data and documentation for existing clients on an ongoing basis ensuring the Bank is compliant with regulatory obligations and bank-driven risk measures, policies, standards and procedures - Lead and mentor a KYC/AML team of 8 to 12 direct reports, facilitating the refresh of GBM Global clients in an efficient, compliant, and client-centric manner - Utilize data and dashboards to effectively manage case volumes, assign work, and monitor team progress and quality - Provide clear, constructive and regular feedback to analysts, with a focus on personal and professional development. - Championing a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships with the business and relationship managers to obtain requ...
