Everything you are looking for and more 📦 We are looking for a hands-on Security Specialist to support and strengthen InPost’s security operations across Spain and Portugal. This role will play a key part in ensuring the effectiveness of physical security operations, security systems, incident management, and coordination with both internal stakeholders and external providers across the network. You will work closely with Operations, Transportation, Facilities, and Quality teams while acting as a key point of contact for all security-related matters within the Iberia region. What responsibilities and objectives will you have? Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Security Department across Spain and Portugal. Manage and supervise security service providers, guards, and auxiliary personnel to ensure service quality and operational coverage. Oversee workforce planning, including shifts, substitutions, and team allocation. Implement and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures across all sites.
