Implement and review safety policies and standards. - Ensure timely installation and upkeep of equipment and systems for operational effectiveness and efficiency - Assign technicians based on operational requirements, prioritizing based on urgency, and availability of resources, materials and equipment - Manage, lead, mentor, train and supervise department team members including all personnel decisions, key metrics, and performance. - Interact effectively with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work. - Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks and timing with affected teams working closely with leadership from other areas. - Ensure maintenance of records and documentation meets requirements and regulations - Conducts root cause analysis of equipment failures and implements fix or changes. - Ensure timely inspections. - All other duties as assigned.
