Health and Safety Advisor

Job description

What’s the role about? We are looking for a proactive Health and Safety Advisor to support and develop Health and Safety practices, helping to mitigate risk to our people and business. This role will support and own key aspects of Health and Safety across our Retail estate and Head Office locations, ensuring compliance with legislation, coordinating training, and driving continuous improvements for the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers. Who you are - Experience supporting Health & Safety initiatives (retail experience is advantageous, but not essential). - A strong communicator, confident in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Able to influence and support teams at different levels, contributing to a positive safety culture. - Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver against priorities. - Detail-oriented, collaborative, and diligent in your approach. - Proactive in identifying risks and recommending practical solutions. - Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, with a growth mindset and commitment to developing your H&S expertise.
