The role combines safety monitoring, customer service, and real-time operational awareness to support the successful operation and supervision of autonomous mobility. You will serve as the onboard ambassador for the service, helping riders feel comfortable with the technology while monitoring vehicle systems and ensuring cohesive and safe daily operations.
