Description We are looking for a PRN MDS RN. The MDS Nurse is responsible for maintaining a complete and accurate MDS program, by ensuring completion of all facility, state and federal resident assessment forms (MDS) and assisting in the development and implementation of each resident's plan of care. The MDS Coordinator audits, and submits all required resident assessment forms (MDS) and necessary corrections of the MDS to the State of Ohio. Coordinates the RAI process; reviews care plans prior to care conferences; completes CAA assessments in a timely manner; updates ODH forms for survey; and continuously reviews residents' conditions for need to update MDS's - Accountable for team productivity and the timely completion of delegated work assignments in accordance with established policies and standards.
