SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILILTIES: Customer Service and Clinical Excellence: Address all customers in a clear, calm, and professional manner. Answers calls and electronic communications promptly, accurately, and professionally. Make, cancel and reschedule patient appointments maintaining appointment schedule according to office procedure.
