The Role: As an Operations Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our Dortmund market, leading external teams, and serving as the right-hand to the General Manager. You'll ensure seamless guest experiences, maintain top-quality standards, and drive operational growth through effective decision-making and cost efficiency. Your strong time management skills, confidence in decision-making and experience in the hospitality industry will set you up for success in this role.
