Opportunity Member of Rocky Mountain Prep’s (RMP)Finance and Planning Team. Reporting directly to the senior director of strategy, the payroll manager will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's financial reporting health . The Payroll Manager will manage the payroll process, partner with the Human Resource and payroll service providers, ensure the organization’s compliance with the requirements from the IRS and the states’ tax departments, streamline the payroll process to reflect the adjustments promptly and accurately, and assist with the annual financial audit. The Finance and Planning team is part of the Organizational Impact Team’s portfolio of teams. The PBA's vision is that every human thrives .
