Job Summary: It is the primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead the team of Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners across the business in alignment with the mission and vision of Rivers Casino. This leader will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute the recruitment strategy for properties and corporate departments. The incumbent will interact with leadership at all levels to ensure a clear understanding of their unique needs and that actions are in place to ensure that these needs are met.
