What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for the overall programmatic and operational responsibility for the administration and supervision of the Sandpiper staff and program. Your Main Priorities: While additional responsibilities are likely to arise on the job, you will primarily: - Develop a strategic plan that addresses programmatic priorities, available resources, and timeline for implementation. - Utilize and regularly update professionally accepted assessment tools and evaluates program performance and effectiveness. - Provide training to staff on program evaluation methodology – how to interpret, organize, and present data to support sound making decision making. - Develop program policies and procedures relating to staff (including new hires), family engagement, financial management, health and safety, risk management, etc. to promote vision, mission, and education goals. - Work collaboratively with teaching staff and families to integrate their feedback into the program’s vision, mission, and philosophy. - Review expenses regularly to identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency resulting in net savings on approved budgets. - Maintain working relationships wit...
