The Case Aide Specialist will work closely with case managers in providing comprehensive wrap around case management services. The Case Aide Specialist will assist Case Managers and Program Leadership with tasks associated with serving clients and their families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with the goal of increasing their quality of life and maintaining the highest possible ability to function within the community. QualificationsESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct attempts to locate clients for initial intake appointments including travel to public facilities that clients are known to frequent. Conduct client interviews and screening assessments. Assist with data entry. Accompany case managers during regular home visits. Order and deliver move-in essentials after clients are housed.
