Lead the scoping, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs consisting of multiple projects (multi-year, large cost, and scope, etc.). Work to achieve multi-year program deadlines, scope, and overall program benefits. Support cross-functional teams in the development and execution of technology implementation plans in accordance with USAA’s change methodology and industry best practices.
