Trainer JOB DESCRIPTION: Position title: Sales Trainer: Level in org structure: HCLDP1.Trainer: Position reports to: Sales Enablement Leader Positions reporting directly to this position: New hires in training Primary scope of duties: ● Providing onboarding training for new hires ● Preparing and providing progressive training ● Maintaining great sales & product knowledge level on operations floor Responsibilities: ● Becoming and maintaining the status of Product Expert ● Conducting new hire and progressive sessions ● Assessing class performance ● Performing needs analysis to identify areas of improvement for training opportunities ● Designing and updating educational materials ● Conducting individual training sessions with agents on demand ● Monthly product updates ● Nesting support ● Coaching and side-by-side support on the operation floor ● Weekly alignment meetings with QAs ● Regular closed loop meetings with Ops, TA and QA ● Cooperation with client stakeholders on a regular basis ● Sending Daily Training Report to stakeholders ● Ensuring all training documents are organized and updated ● Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education...
