Job description

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in the execution of its mission, including providing technical, programmatic management, environmental planning and logistics support services. This full-time on-site position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Functions: - Responsible for assisting federal team members with negotiating requirements, program planning and direction, with the DoD (US Navy) and integration of activities supporting that program within the NNSA Nuclear Weapons Complex. - Direct planning and execution via Warhead Side Sessions for joint US/UK weapon program research, design, development, production, modification, surveillance, safety and dismantlement. - Assess current and needed capability and capacity of the NNSA weapons production complex for the assigned weapon program and coordinate necessary facility and resource planning based on this information. - Provide experience-driven guidance to support the development of new or revised policies, requirements, and procedures for US compatibility assessment, qualification, production and procurement activities. - Pr...
