SUMMARY: Mortenson’s Power Delivery Group seeks an experienced Electrical Manager I to lead projects with flexibility, resourcefulness, and professionalism. Responsibilities include anticipating and solving problems, managing project quality, timeliness, safety, and mentoring the project team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing exceptional service. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage overall financial health of projects - Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections - Allocate project estimate into financial system and determine cost codes - Approve invoices and manage budget decisions - Provide financials and billings to Accounting for timely payment - Create monthly owner billings - Manage subcontracts and suppliers, including contract buyouts - Oversee budget and select trade partners and suppliers - Manage Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, including job assignments and career development QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field - Minimum eight years of electrical construction management and/or electrica...
