USA - Remote (~ 25% of travel expected) Role Summary: We are seeking a Director, Compensation Business Partners to lead our compensation business partnering function while managing and growing a small team of compensation partners. This is a senior leadership role that combines deep strategic advisory work with people leadership. In this role, you will shape how compensation partnership is delivered across the organisation, elevate the capability of your team, and serve as the most senior compensation voice embedded with key business functions. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to executives, a strong developer of talent, and a hands-on practitioner who leads from the front.
