The patient population includes a wide range of general and urological procedures such as colectomies, nephrectomies, mastectomies, appendectomies, cholecystectomies, TURPs, prostatectomies, and other surgical interventions. This unit offers nurses the opportunity to develop specialized post-operative care skills while supporting continued professional growth and advancement. Job Summary: The Nurse Intern supports patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), assisting with essential care tasks and fostering a therapeutic environment.
