Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist supports the organization by building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and delivering key HR services and programs. This role is responsible for partnering with the HR Manager to ensure compliance, drive employee engagement, support workforce development, and maintain operational excellence across HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
