Organisational Design Specialist (Senior Consultant) – People Consulting The opportunity: As an Organisational Design Specialist at Senior Consultant level within People Consulting, you will support the delivery of workforce strategy and organisation design engagements across a diverse client base. Working collaboratively with EY colleagues and clients, you will apply structured thinking, data‑driven insights and consulting judgement to help organisations solve complex challenges and design for the future.
