SUMMARY: The MAC Self Perform Technician is responsible for delivering on-demand services relating to furniture systems and furniture repairs for multiple facilities. The MAC Self Perform Technician is responsible for the execution of activities to ensure that work is performed in accordance to established processes and practices and is in compliant with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental and health and safety. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Delivery: Responds to routine and on-demand service requests and performs preventative and corrective maintenance relating to furniture systems and furniture repairs: - Furniture locks and furniture repair. - Removal, disposal and delivery of furniture. - Assembly of furniture systems. - Ensures work order requests are completed on time ensuring customer satisfaction. - Ensures quality adherence is maintained. - Ensures that activities are performed in accordance to established processes as well as internal and external requirements. - Performs regular walkthroughs to provide observations about furniture condition and deficiencies and offers recommendations for enhancement and repair. - Ove...
