Safety will be at the core of everything we build. As DP World prepares to open its new facility in Rialto, CA, we’re looking for a Health & Safety Manager to lead the development and execution of a strong, proactive safety culture. This role offers the chance to set the standard from day one - designing programs, ensuring compliance, and partnering closely with operations to create an environment where people can perform at their best while staying safe every step of the way. About the Role: How you will contribute: - Identify, develop, and maintain company health and safety management systems, training programs, and procedures in line with all current legislation for the assigned country(s). Perform monthly safety inspections and maintenance. - Represent the company at external audits on all health and safety matters. Ensure compliance to audit standards and work with auditors and vendors to answer findings and complaints in a timely, efficient and professional manner. - Design and develop written health and safety procedures.
